wondering what the word 'debikun' means in our name,
www.debikun.com. Well, our illustrator/designer's name just
happens to be David and 'debikun' comes from the name David written in
Japanese, which is pronounced something like 'Debbie - coon'.
David Martin has
more than 8 years experience teaching and creating
ESL (English as a Second Language) curriculums and educational materials. He
is also the author and illustrator of 'Dave the
Canadian Beaver Goes to Japan',
an English - Japanese illustrated bilingual book for
children. He has also written for the Daily Yomiuri Newspaper (Japan).
